Totes les persones empadronades a Moià que en data 28 de febrer del 2010 tinguin 16 anys.

4. IDENTIFICACIÓ I RESIDÈNCIA.
Documentació necessària:
- Comunitaris: DNI, Carnet de Conduir.
- No comunitaris: NIE, Passaport.
Acreditació de residència a Moià:
- Si consta en el document
- Si no, fa falta un volant d'empadronament.
És un servei gratuït
El dia 28F l'ajuntament estarà obert de 12 a 2, per expedir-los.
